PRiscilla QUEEN OF THE DESERT THe Musical T-shirt Design

Platinum Entertainment required an illustrated t-shirt design for their iconic musical, Priscilla Queen of the Desert The Musical at Crown Theatre. Using a limited colour palette, the design depicts Cougar Morrison as Tick (Mitzi), Peter Rowsthorn as Bernadette and Nick Mayer as Adam (Felicia).

TARA NEWHOLE Designs

Logo and illustration design created for Florida based Drag Queen, Tara Newhole. The designs are based off her viral video parodying Carmen Electra’s scene in Scary Movie. The designs capture their campy, vibrant personality and have been used for merchandise materials and social media branding.

BARBIE Q ENAMEL PIN DESIGN

Enamel pin designs of Perth Drag Performer, Barbie Q. Barbie required headshot illustrations of two of her most recognisable looks, that captured her glamourous, charismatic personality and incorporated her name into the design.

LOGO DESIGN

Created a logo design for Perth Alternative Drag Collective, Gendermess, based on founder Ginava’s iconic character Bulimia. The design has been used for merchandise, social media and promotional use.

Ginava’s Messy Friends Design

I was thrilled to be asked to create artwork for Gendermess Production’s to promote their podcast and Perth Fringe World 2022 show titled, Ginava’s Messy Friends. The artwork captures the various intriguing and whimsical characters sewn by Ginava.

DONNA KEBAB BANNER DESIGN

Created branding for Perth Drag Queen, Donna Kebab’s Twitch streaming website, including an illustration and typography. The design was further adapted into an exclusive poster print.

In addition, I developed animated graphics for use by Donna Kebab in her live shows at Perth Fringe World, 2020.

YOUNG ROBIN T-SHIRT DESIGN

Young Robin is an indie rock pop band from Perth. They sought a new design that showcased their playful, upbeat and infectious music for their new range of tees to rock during 2019. I created a full colour illustration as well as a black and white design for use on various applications. Thanks to Jed and the band for bringing me on-board for such a fun project.

SPUD KING BAND LOGO

The up and coming Perth progressive rock band, Spud King desired a tongue in cheek logo that portrayed the band’s playful side that pays homage to their namesake hero, Tony Galati while distinguishing them as a part of the edgy, heavy metal scene. The end result is one I hope makes the real Spud King proud. Thank you to Rupert Ebery and the rest of the band for providing such a fun opportunity.
